Marissa Webb is my ideal aesthetic right now. She has this very cool, relaxed look while many of her pieces are still incredibly structured. For me, I think she is also throwing it back to the classic 80′s Liz Claiborne sportswear cool that my mom wore when I was growing up. 

Look for her influence at Banana Republic, too. She is the Creative Director there and I’ve been noticing her touch the past season or two, particularly in the accessories. If you are like me, you probably fell in love with J. Crew a few years ago when she was Creative Director there.
