We have some great meals planned for this week including chicken in a white wine pan sauce, a lamb shoulder roast with turnips and greens, and a corned beef brisket to match some of the lovely cabbages we bought. I’ll also make a soup with that celery root for the weekdays. We’ll probably sneak a few salads in there too, with all of the bitter chicories and maybe some pears.
